Protocols during this current phase of the pandemic:
For 20 years, I’ve been going into homes and businesses in the greater Brattleboro area, helping people keep their computers, networks and information running. For now, that’s changed due to COVID-19. When the pandemic began back in March, 2020, I moved Fearless Computing to online-only, doing remotely everything I used to do on-site. Now that vaccinations are happening, I am back to doing on-site visits, though remotes are still an option (and preferred in some instances). Remote fixes and tutorials have been remarkably simple to do. That also means that if you’re not physically near SE Vermont, I can still help. And if for any reason you can’t get online, there are other tools I can use “virtually” to help you solve that problem (including smartphone apps used as remote cameras). I am fully-vaccinated and wear an N95 mask for on-site visits. If you need me to come to where you are, I’ll ask that you wear a mask and stay in a different room.
Contact information is to the right on the picture. Email, call or text and I can tell you how we can connect. I have been very busy since this pandemic began, so I may not be quick in responding, but I promise to get back to you as soon as possible. Please stay safe, stay home, and check on elders, friends and anyone who may be alone and needing support.
Serving the greater Brattleboro area since the turn of the century!
